The Alpha XM2-915 is a 15 A intelligent CableUPS — a ferroresonant standby power supply that keeps HFC broadband networks online through utility outages. Its hot-swappable Intelligent Inverter Module lets technicians service the unit without dropping the node, while the Smart Display and DOCSIS-based status monitoring give the network operations center real-time visibility into power and battery health. A programmable, temperature-compensated charger extends the life of the connected Lead Acid or AlphaCell batteries, and optional dual outputs with N+1 redundancy protect critical sites — all on one of the most widely deployed power platforms in the broadband industry.
