1RU rackmount
Not every television distribution system needs — or wants — a digital headend. A large installed base of properties still runs on analog coaxial plant and analog-tuner televisions, and for many operators the simplest, most cost-effective way to deliver a channel line-up is straightforward analog modulation. The TRI-16CH-A does exactly that: it takes sixteen composite video and audio feeds and places each on its own analog RF channel, ready for any television to tune.
Because the output is standard analog RF, there is no set-top box, no latency, and no compatibility question — any television with a basic analog tuner receives the channels directly. SAW filtering keeps adjacent channels clean without ongoing adjustment, and the double IF-loop design delivers strong in-band carrier-to-noise for a stable, watchable picture across all sixteen channels.
In a compact 1RU chassis with front-panel level controls and a wide-range AC supply, the TRI-16CH-A is a dependable, low-cost workhorse for operators maintaining or extending analog systems — or delivering simple channel line-ups where a full digital headend would be unnecessary expense.
